I think the report of the marriage is fairly creditable. It is on the
Associated Press, and it cites the announcement as having come from the
couple's spokesperson.

OTOH, if I were desperately in love with my co-star and wanted to fake a
wedding to some guy so as to throw the press off of my trail, I'd
probably think "oh, yeah, Freddie and I got married. In secret. On a
Sunday. Over a long weekend (when the press was all out of town). In
Mexico (so good luck finding a certificate)" would be a pretty good way
to put one over on folks. You wear your ring, you talk about your
"marriage" and no one will ever find out that you were so angry about
Aly hooking up with Denisof that you went straight to Joss and told him
that you'd only re-sign for seasons 6 & 7 if he messed Willow up and
BAD! That's what happened! I know it!

(LOL, it's The Fanwank That Ate Tokyo!!! See, Season Sux happened for a
good reasonbecause Sarah's so in love with, and jealous of, Aly!!)

And hey, you don't think that Wesley/Lilah sex scene was REALLY a
coincidence, do you? Obviously, SMG is hoping that Denisof and
Stephanie Romanov strike a spark in those scenes, and then he runs off
to make whoopie and talk about their common Russian heritage with her,
and that leaves poor Aly all alone and in need of some Sarah time! It's
all a Machiavellian master plan! That girl didn't work on a soap and
star in "Cruel Intentions" without picking up some tips on scheming, I
tell ya...<g>
