Basically, it's Buffy sends Angel to hell, Buffy crumples once it's
over, Sarah McL starts singing, Buffy walks along Revello Drive, Joyce
thinks she hears a noise as she's coming up the stairs, Joyce sees the
room a mess and the note on the bed, Joyce reads the note and cries, and
THEN we cut to S.H.S. and "Full of Grace" fades out, temporarily.
