That’s a pic of the tomb stone from “Nightmares” I couldn’t find a good screencap of the one from “The Gift” but it says Buffy Anne Summers on that one. I think they’d get her name right on her grave.
Also, parents are known to use your real/full name when they’re angry. Joyce has been angry enough times, but she’s never called her daughter anything else but “Buffy”.
