No Angel hasn't returned yet. I'm thinking maybe add

I made a statement that the slayer after Kendra killed
the mayor. That's Faith. I figured since Buffy
wasn't there to influence Faith in anyway that things
would be different and she wouldn't side with the
Mayor.
