How about having a vampire turn him? Just to make sure his departure is permanent? Nah, 
Buffy'd mope around for a while, blaming herself or something like that. Jeez, we had enough 
of that post-Becoming, didn't we?

The good news, as far as I'm concerned is the report that Buffy and the Scooby Gang would 
be reaffirming their friendships next year. Between the Initiative, Tara and all that, things got 
pretty rocky between them last season. Besides, I'd like to see Tara become a full-fledged 
Scoob. Have her become more than just Willow's girlfriend. That's my only problem with 
Tara; we don't really know that much about her, and it's been hinted that there is a great deal 
more to know.
