Don't worry Sam,
I'm sure there will be more later this week. You know how it is, I don't
want to take advantage of the generosity of my beta reader. 

Ralf is working hard enough as it is. To correct all of the errors I
make is a task of monumental proportions and to say Ralf has done a most
excellent job would be faint praise indeed.]:-)
