Ash's character will most certainly be revealed soon. And yeah, Willow's past may have an effect on her relationship with Buffy, especially since Buffy's really not liking Ash at the moment for events from the prequel (but the details aren't terribly important, and it's sorta explained a bit later). And to everyone wondering just where's Buffy in this B/W fic... she's coming. We just have to find out who killed Carolyn and where that person is before we can bring in a couple of people who don't really have direct ties with the Immortals. Just sit tight.
