It's really good to see your muse has sent you back to work on this one.
I missed it and it's quirky little plot twists. 

It kind of reminds me of a demented Buffy meets the X-files kind of
thing. But Willow is no Maulder (she doesn't whine enough, thank
god).}:-P

I hope you're able to find the time and the inspiration to finish it.
This "Twilight Time" looks to have some real possibilities.
