Hey Guys,

I just wanted to throw in my $0.02 on this thing about the Bad Buffy
site. Erin brings up the same point that I did on another list when the
subject was brought up, the bet way to handle these kind of narrow
minded attacks is to ignore them. 

Yes they are childish and yes they are offensive but they are only
expressing their opinion and they have the right to do so.

I and millions of others have fought wars to secure their right to do so
and as it has been said before the true test of freedom of speech is
when someone is allowed to express an unpopular opinion. The biggest
mistake we could is to try to have them removed for being offensive, if
we do that then we are opening the door to mass censorship and someone
that finds a loving relationship between same sex couples offensive (and
you all know they're out there) could have our site removed for the same
reason.

Remember that every creative endeavor has it critics, unfortunately we
got stuck with these A**H***S. If we all continue to express our
appreciation and support for the writers and make sure that any
criticism we have is expressed in a kind and constructive manor then
jerks like the guys at the Bad Buffy site won't stand a chance, and for
gods' sake don't go to their site as that is the way they are considered
successful!

Okay I'll get off the soapbox now and let someone else a chance. Thank
you for your time and if this violates any rules I'm most hardily sorry
and will gladly perform any penance necessary.
