Needed: character I.D. from Buffy/Angel

Please excuse me for the mass posting, but I'm trying to reach as many
possible people who can help me with an ongoing problem.

My tv watching has been sporadic until recently due to a move across
country and not having my own tv for several months. I'm just beginning
to see how much I'd missed and am trying to get caught up.

Which explains why I keep getting so lost when it comes Buffy and Angel.
In reading the fanfic, I keep running across the names Graham, Doyle,
Gunn, and Penn. I know Doyle was the half-demon with the visions who
helped Angel in LA and died in an explosion. The others, I'm not sure.

I'd love some one to explain to me who they are, (Like, who's in the
Initiative and what's the 411 with them.) but what I really need is for
some one to direct me to a site with pictures of these characters. It
helps me to know what they look like if I'm going to read so much about
them.
