Graham was a member of the Initiative, I think. Don't ask me which one, they're pretty much interchangable(another reason to dislike Riley!)

Gunn is a new guy on Angel, he's a street-level vamp fighter, who at first didn't like Angel, but grew to respect the guy. In the ep "Blind Faith" he sets up a distraction in the lobby of Wolfram and Hart(shouting a cool line, "I don't believe it! Evil white people have a Mecca!") while Angel smuggled in a vampire. A rumor I read on one site says that Gunn and Cordy may become romantically involved this season.

Don't know about Penn, though. Sorry.
