New Gutter Security System

In request of multiple of the writers on the list, mostly to protect them from mobs, the SECoLGA jas
been asked to install a new security system. After a long debate in the inner circle of the
security, and an invitation of tenders, I can assure you, that the new system is already finished
and working perfectly.

Also, this should explain to all of you why you are suddenly trapped in a small area, held in place
by energy fields. This is to ensure that Shyfox and Cilia can work properly on their stories. Don't
be afraid, together with the new security system, and with the help of the funds collected lately (I
bet you all wondered why you suddenly had to pay these amounts of money =)), we have installed high
tech computers, and a gutter spanning TVR (True Virtual Reality, further referred to as 'Net'). This
system is specifically set up for the Gutter inhabitants to communicate with each other, and allows
full visual and audio contact, without being anywhere near the other.

This is only an EMERGENCY SYSTEM. Please understand that. It is extremely power hungry, and can only
be used in cases where the Gutter practically begins to spill over. The only thing that will be used
relatively often, is the partial activation. We will use that every time someone thinks he can just
do what he/she wants, without permission from the SECoLGA.

As soon as the folks here have calmed down a little -- and Stefan and Shy, you better make sure that
happens soon-- the system will be deactivated again. As for now, use your time to write your own
stories, read old ones again, or explore the Net
