Actually I can't. I'm really hopeless at any sports (except
shooting). I think it's possibly cos I have such a laid back
attitude and tend to wear a felt hat that has a distinctly Aussie
look to it. Maybe I shoudl ask people next time.

That's pretty much how I feel when people start singing 'Waltzing
Matilda' at me, it wouldn't be so bad if they sang the verses but
they just repeatedly sing the chorus. Actually it tend to be
blokes who sing 'Waltzin Matilda', women tend towards the
'Neighbours' theme tune.

Thanks for the info on Aussie geography and drinking habits.
I've lived in cities with higher populations than Queensland!
I've got family who live just outside of Sydney (about 150k)
halfway up a mountain (or at least that's the way they tell it).
I keep meaning to visit but when I've got the money I don't have
the time and by the time I've got the time I've spent the money
on other things.
