Fic Challenge - COPS

This one came to me whilst watching EdTV on Pay-Per-View.

Timing : Anytime from end of Hush through to latest episode shown
in the US (if you wish any of the Angel people may be visiting
town).

Senario : The COPS team are on the road and touring America
visiting a variety of towns, spending a few days in each. This
week they're visiting the small town of Sunnydale, last year (or
the year before depending on timing of the fic) the scene of a
suspected terrorist attack on the local high school which
tragically claimed the lives of the towns mayor, the school
principal and several graduating students.

"So ride with the men and women of Sunnydale PD!"

(yes I know X-Files already did a COPS ep).

POV : The COPS crew (ie don't know anything about the slayer or
the hellmouth)

Conditions :

Must have :

* Repeated sightings of a young, slight, blonde woman who is seen
fighting but disapears before any details of her appearence can
be seen.

* A suspicion that the local PD know more than they are letting
on.

Should have at least 2 of :

* Spike going up to the crew of COPS and telling them how much he
enjoys the show.

* An interview with a police officer at the Expresso Pump whilst
Giles sings in the background.

* A brief interview with two young women out on the street at
night. One is a pretty red head with a tendancy to babble, the
other has dark blonde hair behind which she hides her face from
the camera.


* Anya asking one of the COPS crew, in her own inimitable
fashion, to buy her beer.

* One of the COPS crew turning up dead from 'Neck Rupture' and
the local PD commenting that that happens a lot in Sunnydale.  
OR
One of the COPS crew going missing one night then turning up the
next evening looking very pale and hungry. And suddenly they
refuse to work days.

* Some people are seen moving around town in Cammo gear. The
police just say it must be the University PaintBall club.

* A reference to at least one of :
The Godfather (I, II or III)
Mickey Blue Eyes
Casino
Analyze This
* Silk boxer shorts.
* A couple being found in flagrante delectico (ie at it).
* A mention being made of witchcraft by the COPS crew leading to
an interview with the UC-Sunnydale Wiccan group leader whilst
that pretty redhead makes disparaging comments (and possibly hand
gestures) in the background.
