Challenge; Slayer Sisters

I feel a fanfic challenge coming on!

After this week's ep(which airs on Saturday in Spokane, WA, don't ask), I was inspired to create a new challenge for my fellow bards. The details are these;

Setting; fifth season. You can go either with canon pairings (Willow/Tara) or non-canon (Buffy/Willow).

Concept; Faith was killed in a prison riot, or an attempted jailbreak. A mysterious man starts poking around the Magic Box, piquing Giles' interest. Giles approaches the man in question, who identifies himself as a Watcher. He has been sent to find the new slayer who was called after Faith's death.

Her name is Dawn Summers.

How can Buffy protect the Key, if the Key is also a Slayer? Will Buffy survive dealing with Dawn as an equal? How annoying can a Dawn who can stake vampires be? And would the tag-team of Buffy and Dawn, the Vampire Slayers, be up to the challenge of Glory?

I'd come up with something myself, but I'm swamped. I've got Handfasting, the next part of Somewhere I Have Never Traveled in the offing, as well as the conclusion of Brush Up Your Shakespeare, still working with Shyfox on new ideas for her universe, kibbutzing on Tony McD's universe, plus a new fic I've started plotting; Turn Of An Unfriendly Card, a sequel to The Third Power. That's all I'm going to say.
