Yes, I like these bits myself. Mainly because I'd like to be 
touching Angel...but enough of that. I'm pretty nervous about 
writing Spike. I've never written him before, but I am British which 
means I'll at least have a handle on the lingo.

You mean there was plot? How'd that get in there?

Yet again my own sordid little fantasies creep in (God, this is a 
Mary Sue fic!) I've always had a thing for old Indy...I may write a 
little PWP just about this...we'll see.

OK, I'm going to go with the lame excuse that Angel is so perturbed 
by VW's presence that he's not acting like himself. But the simple 
truth is that I find it difficult to write the male parts 
convincingly. I hate including Xander in fic because I just cannot 
get his character right - I'm nowhere near as funny as he is so he 
ends up just standing around doing nothing...which is an injustice to 
the character I feel. This is another reason why I'm apprehensive 
about inculding Spike, but hey, nothing ventured nothing gained 
right?
