I have no problem with that either, having written one myself.
Actually, Squall, if you're still reading this, the best way to deal with Tara is to simply let her and Willow drift apart. It happens to many couples, and while some heartache is unavoidable, if they find that they don't have as much in common as they thought, and their relationship is not a go, the sooner they face it the less emotional damage all around.(Not that I want to see that happen on the show, there's been enough angst on the show this season as it is!)
If you want a more off-center method of making Willow available, why not have someone hit Willow with the gemina ferula(that weird weapon that the Toth demon used to split Xander in two in the episode "The Replacement")? That way, Tara can have badass-wiccan Willow, while Buffy can have knowledge-girl Willow. Or have a Willow from a parallel universe move into Sunnydale. Not Vamp-Willow, but another Willow. I once saw a real weird Willow/Tara-centric piece currently availabe at www.altfic.com, the Pink Rabbit site, called "Sisters of Paradox", where Willow meets an alternate universe counterpart based on the actress who played Willow on the unsold pilot episode of BtVS. Go figure!
I apologize for that Willow-esque babble.
