At the watchers council's new base of operations about eleven 
o'clock in the morning Joe Dawson had just recovered from the 
hangover he had got from drinking so much last night and he decided 
it was time to call Cassandra again.Joe dialed Cassandra's number and 
on the third ring she answered it and she said hello Joe i have been 
expecting your phone call.Joe said Cassandra please tell me you were 
just pulling my leg when you said that a slayer became an immortal 
when she died.Cassandra said sorry Joe but i cant because its true 
she is an Immortal and so is her best friend who is a wiccan.Joe said 
i dont care if her friend pretends to do magic and stuff but i do 
care about this immortal slayer.Joe said Cassandra please tell me 
that her watcher wasnt present when you told her she was 
immortal.Cassandra said no he wasnt there thursday night when i told 
her but he does know because she told him and i met with him Friday 
night.Joe said Cassandra you have to get her the hell away from him 
and that town before the other Watchers Council can send people to 
get here which they certainly do after he contacts them.Cassandra 
said Joe you dont have to worry about that because her watcher was 
fired from the watchers council and she broke all ties with them as 
well.Joe was shocked because that was unheard of and he said are you 
sure.Cassandra said yes Joe i am quite sure but if you want to check 
for yourself go ahead her watcher's name is Rupert Giles and before 
he moved to Sunnydale to be her watcher he worked at the London 
Museum.Joe said i have to have him checked out and then he said by 
the way have you found teachers for the two of them yet.Cassandra 
said no i havent and its not neccessary anymore because some 
immortals will be arriving soon to train them.Joe said who are they 
and Cassandra said i dont know and i wont find out until tommorrow 
night.Joe said who arranged for the immortals to come to sunnydale 
and teach them if you didnt.Cassandra said i dont know their names 
but they are trusted by the slayer and her friends.Joe said how soon 
do you think i should assign watchers to them.Cassandra said Joe 
thats the last thing you should do unless you want to continually 
keep losing watchers because of Sunnydale's night community.Joe said 
point taken and then he said well i had better be going i got a lot 
of work ahead of 
me. 

Back at Martin's citrus grove Davis and Eric contacted the men in 
their squads and told them to assemble at the very edge of the 
grove.Once all of the men had assembled Eric and Davis started 
leading them over to where Giles and the others were.When the two 
squads of Britons got over to Giles and the others Eric and Davis 
stepped forward and introduced themselves and their men.Giles 
introduced himself and the rest of the scooby gang to the 
britons.Gunn said why dont you guys take a load off and get 
comfortable because its a couple hours away from when Wesley and the 
others can get here since they havent left San Francisco yet.The 
britons all looked at Eric and Davis and they both said go ahead.They 
all walked around and sat down in different places.Davis walked over 
to Giles and he said sir i saw the guns you were all arming 
yourselves with i was just wondering if you had extras and if so what 
kind.Giles said why do you ask and Davis said because me and the 
others are only armed with berretta 92S and nambu 9mm so we might 
need to use any extra guns that you might have.Gunn said we will 
supply you with whatever extra guns if we need them.Davis smiled and 
said you dont trust us and Gunn said of course we dont we dont know 
you. 

Back at a police station in Los Angeles a report on Ethan Rayne's 
fingerprints was given to detective Kate Lockley.Kate checked the 
report and then she looked up and over to where 
Walker,Trivette,Gage,Sydney,and Alex Cahill were sitting in the break 
room.Kate Lockley walked out of her office and over to the break room 
and she said ladies and gentlemen Ethan Raynes will be turned over to 
you in less than thirty minutes which is how long it will take to get 
the paperwork done.After the paperwork was done Walker and the others 
along with Detective Kate Lockley and two uniformed police officers 
escorted Ethan Raynes to the airport and they stayed there until the 
plane had taken off with Walker and the others 
aboard. 

At Wolfram and Hart Los Angeles office Janos Kilrakon was telling 
Mr.Sygasso about the diesel trucks that they were using to transport 
the newly assembled group of a hundred vampires that they had rounded 
up by almost completely stripping Los Angeles and several of the 
smaller towns of almost all of their demonic vampire 
community.Mr.Sygasso said how soon will the diesel trucks reach the 
last known location of the slayers's group.Janos said in about two 
and a half hours sir they are just leaving Clarkeville where we sent 
them late last night.Mr.Sygasso said so they will be arriving there 
about seven thirty and Janos said yes sir and sundown is at 5:15 pm 
according to the news.Mr.Sygasso said do we have anyone keeping an 
eye on the slayer's group.Jonas said i sent Lindsey there about an 
hour ago which was the earliest i could reach him.Mr.Sygasso said 
call him and tell him to only check if they are still there and then 
pull back to the turnoff and wait for the vampires to arrive.A second 
later someone walked up to Janos and handed him a note.Janos unfolded 
the piece of paper and he read what was written.Janos said sir Ethan 
Raynes has just been extradited back to Texas by several texas 
rangers.Mr.Sygasso said couldnt we free him before the rangers got 
him out of town.Janos said no sir there were three LAPD officers 
besides the four Texas rangers and one of the LAPD officers was 
Detective Kate Lockley.Mr.Sygasso said Janos please add detective 
Kate Lockley to this list of the slayer's friends and associates that 
we need to get rid of as soon as 
possible. 

At four thirty Eric walked up to Giles and asked if one of them 
would drive four of his men to where they had left the blazers they 
had come in.Joyce who was sitting next to Giles said she would do it 
and Giles said ok but take some backup with you.Joyce said i will ask 
Cordelia to accompany me and then she got up to her feet.Joyce walked 
over to where Cordelia,Anya,Xander,and Gunn were sitting 
together.Joyce said Cordelia i am going to drive some of their men to 
where they left their vechicles would you please accompany 
me.Cordelia said of course Ms.Summers and then she got to her 
feet.Cordelia and Joyce walked over to the Montana and Eric assigned 
four of his men to go with them and to pick up the vechicles and 
bring them back here.When Joyce started the Montana up Buffy and the 
others looked over at it and Buffy jumped to her feet.Buffy yelled 
hey Giles where are they going.Giles said Joyce and Cordelia are 
taking them to go get their vechicles.Buffy looked at Willow and she 
said come on Willow lets go with them.Buffy and Willow ran over to 
their motorcycles,started them up,and took off following the montana 
before Giles could tell them to stop.When the montana stopped at the 
end of the street where you had to turn right or left onto the other 
street Cordelia spotted a car she recognized because it belonged to 
Lindsey.Cordelia acted normal but she said hey i got some bad news 
for all of you.Grady said what is the bad news.Cordelia said a lawyer 
named Lindsey who works for Wolfram and Hart is sitting in his car 
which is parked right over there on the far right side of the 
road.One of the men said let us out we will grab him.Joyce who had 
seen Buffy and Willow following behind them on the motorcycles said 
no its best that we leave this up to Buffy and Willow who are behind 
us.Joyce unrolled the window and she motioned for Buffy and Willow to 
come up alongside the montana.When Buffy and Willow got alongside the 
montana Joyce said Buffy one of Wolfram and Hart's lawyers is sitting 
over in that car and she pointed at 
it. 

Lindsey saw the woman who was driving the montana point at his car 
so he immedietly slid his car into reverse and tried to 
leave.Lindsey's car hadnt gone four feet before the two front tires 
and one of the rear tires had been shot out by Buffy and Willow.Buffy 
and Willow rode over to where the car had stopped and Buffy warned 
Lindsey not to try to run or he would get hurt.Lindsey looked at 
Buffy and said you dont have what it takes to shoot me in the back 
especially since i'm human.Buffy started to say something when Willow 
cut her off by saying your right she doesnt but she is not alone and 
neither of us have to shoot you just to hurt you.Lindsey said what 
else can you do little witch.Willow smiled and she pressed the 
runestone for fire and a small circle of fire appeared around him and 
the flames were four feet high.Willow said i can do that among other 
things and for your information i am a wiccan not a witch not that 
there is anything wrong with being a witch as long as your 
good. 

Grady said stay here with him we will pick him up on our way back 
and i am sure that we can make him talk when we get back with the 
others.Seven minutes later the montana and four blazers drove up and 
Lindsey was placed in the third seat in the montana and Cordelia kept 
him covered from the front passenger seat and Buffy and Willow rode 
behind it on their motorcycles
