I don't think so, according to canon, but there's a semi-decent story on www.fanfiction.net called "Divergent Paths", which is the first of many stories involving a nephew called Gabriel Giles. The premise is that Giles has five older brothers and one younger brother, and the younger brother has seven sons. Making Gabriel the Seventh Son of a Seventh Son, a powerful entity. It's Mary Sue(or Marty Stu, the male equivalant) all the way, but entertaining nonetheless.
