Giles has an Aunt, Father and Niece according to the Dark Horse 
comics. Chris Golden's new book will also be centring around Giles' 
family.

Without digging the comic collection out, the niece came to visit and 
falls for Xander, a match Giles seriously disapproved of.

We'll be getting more Giles family info when the new series on BBC is 
finalised.
