After getting off the phone with Xander,Joyce said hey lets all 
take a quick shower and put on something more elegant than what we 
have on and then go get something to eat.Willow said ok we will come 
over as soon as we are finished.Joyce said no i will come over there 
as soon as i am finished so that i can hurry you two up.Buffy said we 
will see you in a little while and then they went back to their motel 
room.

As soon as the motel room door was shut behind them Willow and Buffy 
started getting undressed as they headed for the bathroom.Buffy said 
the shower better damn well be big enough for both of us or i am 
going to give someone a piece of my mind.Luckily the shower was big 
enough for both of them and they quickly washed each other but Buffy 
had to remind Willow twice that her mother would be coming over soon 
so they would have to wait to do anything more than just touching 
until they got back from dinner.Willow and Buffy were already dried 
off and were either applying makeup or fixing their hair when there 
was a knock on the door to their room.Buffy walked over to the door 
and she said who is it.Joyce said its me let me in i need to get my 
hair dryer which you borrowed and forgot to return.Buffy opened the 
door and Joyce slid in and Buffy shut the door behind her.Joyce 
looked at Buffy and then over at Willow who was starting to get 
dressed and said i guess you two didnt waste any time in the 
shower.Buffy said no we didnt because both of us are hungry but we 
will more than make up for what he missed later on tonight.Willow 
twirled around and she said Buffy how can you say that in front of 
your mother.Buffy said its easy and anyway she knows its true.Joyce 
laughed and after getting her hair dryer she headed back over to her 
room.

Twenty minutes later Buffy knocked on the door to Joyce's motel room 
and Joyce answered it a few seconds later.Buffy looked at her mother 
and she said are you ready yet.Joyce said yes i am and so are you by 
the looks of it but she patted the side of their coats that had the 
hidden pocket for their swords and she felt them.Joyce said come on 
lets go eat.

As they were riding down in the elevator Willow said i wish that 
someone would think up a way for us to carry our swords around 
without these coats because it gets quite hot wearing them.Buffy said 
Willow like Connor and the others told us we will get used to it over 
time.

After leaving the motel they went to a nice seafood restraunt and 
club that Joyce remebered from when she and Buffy had lived in Los 
Angeles and while waiting for their food Buffy and Willow walked over 
to the dance floor and danced to a couple songs.

They were eatting dessert when Felicia Martin walked up to the table 
and she said i challenge you while not looking specifically at either 
Buffy or Willow.Buffy put her spoon down and she said exactly who do 
you challenge and why do you challenge.Felicia said i challenge you 
of course who do you think i am challenging we are the only ones here 
and the game is the only reason i need to challenge you.Willow 
dropped her spoon to the table to get Felicia's attention and she 
said if you challenge her you will lose and even if you dont i will 
challenge you right after you stand up.Felicia looked at Willow and 
she realized for the first time that there were two immortals sitting 
at the table.Felicia said the rules state it can only be one on one 
you cant interfere.Willow said i didnt say i would interfere i said i 
would challenge you if you won.Felicia laughed and she said neither 
of you stand a chance against me so i will accept your challenge once 
i have taken her head.Buffy smiled and she said Felicia both me and 
Willow have been told about you by our teachers and there is no doubt 
in either of our minds that both of us can beat you.Felicia laughed 
but then she saw that all three of them at the table were laughing as 
well.Felicia said who the hell was your teachers that lead you to 
think that both of you could beat me no matter which one i 
challenged.Joyce said there teachers are Ramirez,Rebecca,Richie 
Ryan,Connor McCleod,Duncan McCleod,Methos,Cassandra,Amanda,and Nick 
Wolfe.Buffy said actually that was only are immortal teachers we were 
also taught by Xena and Gabrielle of the Arboreans.Felicia said your 
lying and Willow said no were not and she pulled out her wallet and 
showed Felicia a picture of all of their teachers and them together 
and they all had swords out.Felicia looked at the picture for a 
couple seconds said i take back my challenge and then she turned and 
ran for the nearest exit as fast as she could.

Willow,Buffy,and Joyce all looked at each other and then they burst 
out laughing.Willow said Buffy we have to call Connor and the others 
and tell them about this.Buffy said yeah they will get a real kick 
out of it but we are going to have to be carefull because she might 
still try to get one of us.Willow said well we are going to be 
together tonight and when we get to Sunnydale we can ask Willie to 
spread the word that we would like to know about any strangers that 
are seen in Sunnydale armed with swords or axes.Joyce said that is a 
very good idea that will give you warning about other immortals in 
Sunnydale.

After finishing their desert Joyce paid their bill and they headed 
back to the Sheraton arms.When they were getting out of the car Buffy 
said mom i want you to take one of the briefcases up to your room 
just in case Felicia has the stupid idea of trying to use you to make 
us allow her to take our heads.Joyce said ok and i feel sorry for her 
if she does because i will fill her full of lead the first chance i 
get and then one of you can take her head.Willow said well actually 
neither of us wants to take her head because she has bad karma and 
thats one thing we dont need.Joyce said but what else could we do 
with her.Buffy smiled and said we could take her to Sunnydale's 
mental hospital she would fit in there nicely i believe.Joyce said 
that awfull Buffy but then she said if she does try something like 
using me or one of the others against you two it will be exactly what 
she deserves so we should do it.
