Lacroix said call me the minute you get finished talking to her 
and Nick said he would.Lacroix said Nick this is even a more serious 
matter than i previously thought the last time we talked.Nick said 
but that was only a few minutes ago.Lacroix said i know but when i 
called to report what happened at the ski resort to the enforcers my 
call was immedietly transferred to the elders after saying i had to 
report a massacre.Nick said why was your call transferredand Lacroix 
said I dont know and i didnt ask either but i was told i would be 
told what i needed to know by Michelle when she and her team arrive 
here tonight.Nick said do you think she will want to see me and 
Lacroix said oh yes she will want to interview both of us before 
heading for the ski resort.

Buffy and Willow were awakened by the knocking on the motel room 
door and Buffy said hold on.Buffy walked over to the door and she 
said who is it.Joyce said who do you think would be waking you two up 
silly.Buffy said mom what do you want.Joyce said i want both of you 
to hurry up and get up so we can head for home.Buffy said ok we will 
be out in a few minutes.Willow climbed out of bed and she pulled some 
clothes out of her suitcase and she started getting dressed.Buffy 
walked over to her and gave her a good morning kiss before walking 
over to her suitcase and pulling out some clothes of her own.After 
getting dressed Willow said Buffy do you think we should put the beds 
back the way they were.Buffy said no lets leave them like this after 
all its the motels fault for giving us a room with two single 
beds.Willow said ok and a few minutes later they were putting on 
their long coats and slid their swords into the hidden inside 
pocket.Joyce knocked on the door again right as Buffy was closing and 
locking her suitcase.Willow walked over to the door and she opened it 
up and said come on in we are almost ready to go.Joyce walked into 
the room and after seeing Buffy working on shutting her suitcase she 
said good.Joyce looked over at the bed and then she said Buffy why 
did you tell me you two single beds in here.Buffy said because we 
do.Joyce said Buffy thats not two single beds right there thats a 
kingsize bed just like the one i had in my room.Willow said Joyce 
actually that is two single beds we just pushed them together to make 
one kingsize bed.Joyce looked at the two beds and then she said you 
two just couldnt stand to sleep seperately just for one night could 
you.Buffy said it was Willow's idea and she had it done by the time i 
got back after asking if we could switch rooms.Buffy and Willow got 
their suitcases and their swordcases and they followed Joyce out of 
their motel room.

When they got downstairs Joyce walked up to the signin desk and she 
turned in the two cardkeys to the lady.Joyce turned around and was 
about to walk away when the lady said wait you havent paid your bill 
yet.Joyce turned to look at the lady and she said we paid for the 
rooms last night.The lady said I'm afraid you didnt.Joyce looked over 
at Buffy and Willow and she said Willow please come over here.Willow 
and Buffy walked over to Joyce and Joyce said Willow this lady says 
we didnt pay for our rooms last night.The lady said you didnt and if 
you dont pay up i am going to have to call a manager over.Willow said 
go ahead and call a manager because we did pay for our rooms last 
night when we checked in and i even have the credit receipt from my 
credit card which i used.The lady said may i see it and Willow pulled 
out her wallet and the pulled out the receipt and showed it to the 
lady.The lady looked at it for a few seconds and then she turned to 
face her computer and she typed in a few commands.A minute later she 
said I'm sorry it was a computer mixup but i fixed it and then she 
said i hope you have a nice day.

When they got outside the motel Joyce gave one of the men the piece 
of paper she had been given last night after they returned from the 
restraunt.Five minutes later Joyce's car was driven up right to 
them.Joyce unlocked the trunk and the suitcases,swordcases,and 
briefcase were all put into the trunk.Willow was about to climb into 
the backseat of the car when out of the corner of her right eye she 
spied Felicia Martin standing at a payphone looking at them while 
talking into the phone.Willow got into the back seat and she said 
Buffy our friend from last night is over at that payphone.Buffy said 
huh but she looked to see who Willow was talking about and he 
recognzed Felicia Martin.Buffy said damn i thought she would have 
given up on challenging either of us after finding out who are 
teachers are.Joyce had also looked at Felicia said should i try and 
lose her.Willow said dont bother it wouldnt do any good she checked 
out your car's license plate so she will be able to find out where we 
live by checking with the dmv.Joyce said damn the last thing we need 
is for an immortal like her to follow us to Sunnydale.Buffy said i 
dont know it might work out for the best if she does.Willow and Joyce 
looked at Buffy and Joyce said what are you planning.Buffy said 
between our ties to the sunnydale police and the agreement we made 
with the demon and vampire communities in Sunnydale we have the whole 
town pretty well wrapped up.Joyce said yes i guess we do but how does 
that help us with her if she follows us to Sunnydale.Buffy said we 
make her look like she is both crazy and dangerous so the Sunnydale 
Police will have no choice but to take her to Sunnydale's mental 
Institute.Willow said yes it wont be too hard to do that especially 
since she will undoubtedly be armed with her sword.

Two and a half hours Joyce drove her car up to the front of the 
house and they all climbed out of the car.As they were getting their 
luggage out of the trunk Willow said Buffy which one of our teachers 
should we call first and tell them about what happened with Felicia 
last night.Buffy looked at Willow and said lets call Amanda she can 
spread the news to Duncan,Methos,and Nick all at the same time.

When they walked inside Joyce said before you make any phone calls 
take your stuff up to your bedroom.Buffy said ok and they headed for 
their bedroom.Xander walked into the hallway and after seeing Joyce 
he said thank goodness your back i need you to fullfill the promise 
you made last night.Joyce said what promise and Xander said when you 
said you would keep Amy and Tara away from Anya so she can get some 
rest as well as peace and quiet.Joyce said Xander go take my suitcase 
up to my room i will go run them away from Anya.

Fifteen minutes later Buffy and Willow walked downstairs and headed 
for the living room.When they walked into the living room they sat 
down on the sofa after Buffy had got the cordless phone out of the 
charger.Buffy looked at Willow and said whats the phone number for 
Amanda's restraunt and club.Willow told her the phone number and 
Buffy dialed it.

A minute later the phone was answered by the bartender Marci and in 
French he said the name of the club and then said his name.In French 
Buffy asked to speak to Amanda.Marci said Amanda who.Buffy said 
Amanda the owner of the club your working at.Marci said who shall i 
tell her is calling.Buffy said tell her its two of her and her 
mother's students who still have some lessons to learn from 
them.Marci said hold on and then he walked away from the phone.

Marci went upstairs to the office Nick and Amanda were catching up 
on paperwork in and he said Amanda you have a phone call.Nick said 
take a message and tell whoever it is that she will call them back 
later she cant come to the phone.Amanda looked at Marci and said did 
he say who he is.Marci said no all she said was that they were 
students of you and your mother you still have some lessons to learn 
from you and your mother.A big smile appeared on Amanda's face and 
she jumped up out of her chair and ran downstairs to get the phone 
and Nick was hot on her heels.Nick with his longer arms reached the 
phone before Amanda did and after putting the reciever up to his head 
he said who is this Buffy or Willow.Buffy said its Buffy but Willow 
is right beside me.Nick said Buffy you dont need to be giving Amanda 
any ideas about training you two to do what she can do.Amanda said oh 
psha and she pulled the phone away from him.Amanda said how are you 
two doing.Buffy said we are doing fine but we have some news that we 
thought that you might want to pass to Duncan and any of the others 
still in the area.Amanda said whats the news and Buffy said last 
night me,my mother,and Willow were eatting dessert when Felicia Hardy 
walked up and laid down a challenge.Amanda said which one of you 
faced her.Buffy said neither of us did she rescinded her challenge 
after we mentioned who are teachers are and showed her the picture of 
all of us together.Amanda said she just rescinded her challenge and 
walked away.Buffy said no she rescinded her challenge and then ran 
for the nearest exit.Amanda laughed and she said well i dont think 
either of you will be seeing anymore of her anytime soon.Buffy said i 
wish we were going to be so lucky.Amanda said what do you mean.Buffy 
said she was outside our motel when we were leaving and she got a 
good look at the license plate on my mother's car.Amanda said you two 
and all your friends have to be extremely carefull Felicia is not 
past using friends and family to force immortals to let her take 
their heads.Buffy said we already thought about that and we have an 
idea of how to handle that without anyone getting hurt.Amanda said 
how and Buffy said when she shows up in Sunnydale and starts 
following us around we will just make her look like she is armed and 
crazy.Amanda said how are you going to do that and Buffy said we 
havent really worked that part out yet but it wont be too hard with 
all the vampires and other things that walk around after dark.Amanda 
said ok but you two be carefull and keep in touch.Buffy said we will 
and by the way both me and Willow are serious when we mention 
finishing the training you and Rebecca can give us.Amanda was 
surprised and she said your serious arent you.Buffy said of course we 
one day might need those skills and just because Nick and Duncan 
think we shouldnt learn them shouldnt stop you or Rebecca from 
teaching us what all four of us think we should know.Amanda said well 
i am afraid i cant get back over there but i will contact mom and see 
if she is free.
