Xena dialed the number for Michelle's cellular phone because she had 
no way to contact the elders directly.When Michelle answered the 
phone she said hello in a grumpy voice.Xena said Michelle i am sorry 
to wake you up again today but i have some bad news to tell you and i 
also need to send word to the elders about getting some help from the 
slayer's group.Michelle said what is the bad news.Xena said there was 
another massacre last night.Michelle sat straight up in bed and she 
said where was it and how did you find out about it.Xena said i was 
talking to the slayer's watcher a few minutes ago and Willow 
Rosenberg brought information about the massacre to both of our 
attention.Michelle said where did the massacre take place Xena said 
up in Canada on a road about twenty miles from Beeton.Michelle said 
thats fucking great and then she said do you think that the elders 
know about it yet.Xena said well if they didnt know before they 
surely know by now.Michelle said what do you mean.Xena said the 
elders had Aristotle monitoring the phone lines going into Sunnydale 
about anything to do with massacres and to nodify them immedietly if 
he comes across anything.Michelle said i need to contact the elders 
and see what they want me to do about the situation.Xena said ok but 
will you please pass something onto them for me.Michelle said of 
course.Xena said the slayer's watcher is saying that unless five of 
them can come instead of four he is withdrawing their offer of 
support.Michelle said why the hell is he saying that.Xena said 
because of the pack of seven demon dogs that the demon vampires have 
with them.Michelle said demon dogs where the hell did they come from 
and who the fuck created them.Xena said we believe the demon vampires 
created them.Michelle said Xena cant you persuade the slayer's 
watcher to forget about adding another one to the group i doubt very 
seriously that the elders will reconsider.Xena said Michelle its no 
use to try to talk to him and i happen to think that Oz will 
definitely come in handy.Michelle said Oz which one was that.Xena 
said he is the werewolf who dyes his hair different colors every so 
often.Michelle said you mean the werewolf was part of the original 
four and Xena said no the original four were Buffy,Willow,Angel,and 
Cordelia.Michelle said i guess i will have to try to get the elders 
to change their minds and Xena said i hope you can otherwise it will 
only be me and Gabrielle coming up there to help you.Michelle said 
you two are to help us as well and Xena said yes the elders accepted 
our offer as soon as we mentioned it to them.Michelle said well let 
me go i need to call the elders and see if i can change their 
minds.Xena said ok but call me on my cellular phone as soon as you 
have their answer me and Gabrielle are about to attend a meeting 
which shouldnt take more than an hour and then we are off to the 
airport.

Lieutenant Forrest,Natalie,and all the others quickly climbed aboard 
four helicopters that were sent to pick them up and fly them to the 
site of the massacre.When the first helicopter to arrive approached 
the site he realized that there was no room for the helicopters to 
land because it was only a two lane road and he and the others were 
in transport helicopters.The pilot told Lieutenant Forrest the news 
and Lieutenant Forrest made a phone call to his direct superior who 
was on the ground.A minute later several police cars drove away down 
the road and Lieutenant Forrest told the pilot to follow the cars 
they would lead him to a place the helicopters could be landed and 
would transport the people back to the site of the massacre.

Once Natalie and the others got back to the site of the massacre 
they split up and got to work.Natalie,Jill,and Grace started 
examining the bodies while they were still up on the branches of the 
trees being carefull not to touch them.After about thirty rolls of 
film had been shot by two crime scene photographers while another one 
used two video recorder tapes to get a video recording of not only 
the way the bodies were up on the tree limbs but everything that was 
on the ground around the bodies including the shoe tracks.The next 
thing that happened that the area around the site was carefully 
examined and everything that might be evidence was bagged and 
tagged.They even used plaster of paris to make copies of the shoe 
tracks.Once that was all done it was time to get the bodies down from 
the trees.Natalie made sure that the constables who got the S.I.R 
members checked the tree limbs for any evidence that might have been 
dropped accidentally.Jill and Grace bagged the hands of each of the 
dead bodies in case there might be some piece of evidence under the 
fingernails which they could examine later at the ski resort.Natalie 
looked at one of the bodies and she thought something was wrong about 
it.Natalie started to call Lieutenant Forrest over to her when she 
saw one of his men walk by and she realized what was wrong about the 
bodies.Natalie yelled Lieutenant Forrest come here please and 
Lieutenant Forrest ran over to her and said what is it 
Dr.Lambert.Natalie said Lieutenant Forrest some of their gear is 
missing.Lieutenant Forrest looked at one of the bodies and he said 
whats missing.Natalie said their coats,gunbelts,guns,snow shoes,and 
backpacks.Lieutenant Forrest looked at the body in front of him and 
then he yelled out for both his superior and a sergeant that worked 
under him as his right hand.The superior and the sergeant walked up 
to Lieutenant Forrest and Captain Reynolds said what is it Lieutenant 
Forrest.Lieutenant Forrest said Dr.Lambert just pointed out to me 
that some of the men's gear is missing.Captain Reynolds looked down 
at his body and said its probably been bagged and tagged 
already.Natalie said no sir nothing from the bodies have been removed 
i watched to make sure of that.Captain Reynolds said the killers must 
have tossed the stuff away someplace.Lieutenant Forrest said sir we 
cant assume that they did i request that we perform a search of the 
area and see if we can find anything.Captain Reynolds said there is 
no reason to perform a search they probably left it somewhere back in 
the woods and i dont want to send any men going to look for the 
stuff.Lieutenant Forrest said sir i think it is essential that we 
perform a search at least this way we will know whether or not the 
assholes didnt take the gear with them.Captain Reynolds said damn 
thats the last thing we need and Sergeant Cole said thats for sure 
sir they could listen in on our converations much less open up on us 
with the guns they might have taken.

Michelle dialed the number for the elders an Elder Liassa answered.
Elder Liassa said identify yourself and the task you were assigned.
Michelle said this is Michelle me and my team are supposed to attend 
to the demon vampires.Elder anthony said what do you have to report 
on the behalf of your team.Michelle said I'm afraid that i have to 
tell you that there was another massacre last night.Elder Weber sad 
are you talking about the one where two teams of the S.I.R. were 
murdered and Michelle said yes thats the one.Elder Isaac said 
Dr.Lambert and her two assistants are already in place and will cover 
up any evidence which might lead people to believe in 
vampires.Michelle said Elders i have something to tell you that Xena 
asked me to.Michelle said the slayer's watcher said that unless 
another member can be added to the slayer's group which is to help us 
stop these vampires he will withdraw the offer of help.Elder Mercedes 
said why would he do that and Elder Konal said its just like a 
watcher to go back on his word or an offer he made.Michelle said 
elders he didnt neccessarily go back on his word yet he just said he 
would.Elder Briac said who does he want to add to the group and 
why.Michelle said he decided to add one the the group because of the 
demon dogs.Elder Weber said what can one more person do against the 
demon dogs that four of them cant.Michelle said sir the one he wants 
to add is Oz he is a werewolf and as such he can easily handle one or 
two demon dogs at a time.Elder Weber said we will discuss it and 
Michelle said please notify Xena with the decision they will be 
leaving Hawaii in about an hour.
