When Cordelia walked into the office of Angel Investigations Angel 
jumped up from his executive chair and he said Cordelia where the 
hell have you been do you know what time it is.Cordelia looked at her 
watch and said it is approxiametly 10:15 in the morning.Gunn said 
where have you been you were supposed to monitor the phone calls for 
us we were expecting a couple calls from some of our sources about 
the massacres.Cordelia said well i might have stayed here if someone 
had told me about it.Angel said Cordelia Gunn told you that last 
night right before he had the phone in the office transferred to your 
room down the hall.Cordelia looked at Gunn and she said thats funny i 
dont remember Gunn telling me that.Angel looked at Gunn and said you 
did tell her and Gunn said sorry i forgot to.Angel said its just a 
good thing that we were here when our contacts called.Gunn said 
Cordelia where did you go anyway its unusual for you to get up before 
ten o'clock unless you have an acting interview or you need to do 
something important.Cordelia said i was doing something important and 
by the way Giles needs you to contact Kendall and see if he can 
smuggle guns into Canada or get him to arrange a contact between 
someone up in Canada for Buffy and whoever is going to go up 
there.Gunn said you mean we arent all going.Cordelia said no only a 
certain few according to what Giles hinted at the nightwalkers dont 
want to risk us trying to invade Canada.Angel said i can understand 
where they are coming from.Gunn said i will go see Kendall right now 
its better i speak to him face to face rather than over the phone.

After Gunn walked out of the office Angel said Cordelia where did 
you go this morning by the way.Cordelia said i went to see the 
oracles to see if they could give me an answer to a question that 
Buffy,Willow,Giles,and most of the others back in Sunnydale wanted an 
answer to.Angel said what was the question and Cordelia said how do 
Buffy,Willow,and the other immortals bring an end to the game without 
wiping out the rest of the immortals.Angel looked at her for a minute 
and then said your serious.Cordelia said yes i am and i did get the 
answer although it wasnt the oracles who answered it.Angel said did 
you call Buffy and Willow and give them the good news.Cordelia said i 
havent done it yet but i guess i had better do it.Angel said yes you 
had better.

Elder Isaac said i dont see any problem in allowing one more member 
of the slayer's group to help our enforcers and the bard and 
princess.Elder Konal said i am against it if we agree to it the next 
thing he might say is that all of them have to come.Elder Briac said 
we will just refuse their help if that is the case.Elder Liassa said 
i am split i agree that we need the help of the slayer's group but i 
do not believe we will be safe if let them get a foothold in our 
territory.Elder Weber said i suggest we agree to let five of them 
help our enforcers.Elder Briac said do you know what you are 
saying.Elder Weber said yes i do but there is one thing you may not 
have realized which the slayer's watcher didnt realize as well.Elder 
Anthony said what are you talking about.Elder Mercedes said tommorrow 
night starts the three night phase of the full moon.Elder Issel said 
their werewolf wouldnt be able to control himself under the phase of 
the full moon so he wont be able to join them right away.Elder Konal 
said so in the beginning it would only be the four of them we already 
agreed to.Elder Isaac said i say we accept their condition but only 
after the phase of the full moon is over.The other elders voted in 
favor and Elder Issel said lets call the princess so she can send 
them word.Elder Isaac picked up the phone and he dialed the number 
for Xena's cellular phone.

Xena and Gabrielle were just boarding the lear jet that was going to 
fly them back to the mainland when Xena's cellular phone started 
beeping.Gabrielle said i hope that is the elders with an answer and 
Xena said so do i.Xena flipped open the phone and she said hello Xena 
speaking.Elder Mercedes said princess we have come to a decision 
about letting a fifth member of the slayer's group join those who 
will be assisting our Michelle's team and you and the bard.Xena said 
what have you decided.Elder Briac said we will allow Oz to join the 
others in four days from now and not before.Xena said why are you 
going to make him wait four days before joining the others.Elder 
Mercedes said tommorrow night starts a three night phase of the full 
moon and we dont need a werewolf running around loose we are having 
enough trouble with those seven vampires and their pack of demon 
dogs.Xena chuckled and said ok i will tell them and i think they will 
find your decision acceptable.Elder Konal said they damn well should 
they are almost using extortion to get us to agree.Elder Liasse said 
that isnt true Elder Konal they are just doing what they think is 
best to make sure none of them get badly hurt or killed.Xena said i 
agree with you elder and i would do exactly the same thing in their 
place.Xena said goodbye to them and then she hung up the phone 
because the lear jet was about to take off.

When the lear jet leveled out about seven thousand feet Xena flipped 
open her cellular phone and she dialed the number for the guardian 
estate.Anya answered the phone a minute later because all the others 
were busy in different sections of the house or werent at the 
estate.Anya said hello and Xena said hello i am trying to reach the 
Guardian estate.Anya recognized Xena's voice and he said this is the 
Guardian estate Xena.Xena said oh good and then she said i need to 
speak to Giles.Anya said hold on let me tell him you are on the 
phone.Anya walked over to the entercom pannel and after pressing the 
button she said Giles Xena wants to talk to you.Giles picked up the 
phone and then pushed the entercom speak button and said go ahead and 
hang up Anya i have it.After the phone was hung up by Anya Giles said 
Xena did you get an answer from the elders.Xena said yes but it may 
not be what you were expecting.Giles said what did they decide.Xena 
said they agreed to let Oz join the other four but only in four days 
from now because the phase of the full moon for the next three 
nights.Giles said Oz pointed that out to me after i had already 
talked to you and we had came up with the same solution.Xena said how 
soon can Buffy,Willow,Angel,and Cordelia be packed and ready to come 
up with us to Canada.Giles said Buffy and Willow could be ready by 
this evening but it may take an hour or two longer for Angel and 
Cordelia since they have to drive down from Los Angeles.Xena said if 
it will be faster we can stop at both Sunnydale and Los Angeles and 
pick them up.Giles said that might be faster but there is a problem 
which i havent mentioned yet.Xena said whats the problem.Giles said 
none of them can take guns up into Canada with them so they will need 
to get some guns once they get there.Xena said why do they need guns 
they have swords.Giles said we would all feel safer if they have guns 
just for backup if nothing else.Xena said i am afraid i dont know 
anyone who can get them guns i think they are horrible weapons and 
the world would have been better off if they had never been 
invented.Giles said actually i concur with you and if this was a 
perfect world they wouldnt have too bad its not a perfect world.Xena 
said Giles i can arrange for them to get permits for guns which will 
allow them to carry them around but you guys will have to find a way 
to get them some guns and i dont mean machine guns or anything else 
thats only used by either the millitary,goverment agents,or 
terrorists groups.Giles said thats perfectly acceptable but they will 
be taking with them some of the gear we have collected over the past 
couple years.Xena said what kind of gear and Giles said 
blacksuits,tebyr combos,and things like that.Xena said do you still 
have some extra kevlar armored longcoats.Giles said yes we have about 
three dozen of them still in various sizes.Xena said have them sent 
along as well it might be a good idea for Michelle's group to have 
some.Giles said ok but what time will you and Gabrielle be reaching 
Sunnydale.Xena said most likely about seven thirty and Giles said i 
will have Buffy and Willow waiting for you at the airport.

Giles got up from the conference table after getting off the phone 
and he walked over to the entercom pannel.Giles pressed the button 
and he said Buffy are you and Willow finished packing your clothes.A 
few seconds later Willow got on the entercom and she said yes we are 
and right now i am in my computer lab packing up my laptop and 
Buffy,Xander,and Oz are in the armory loading ammo into clips.Giles 
pushed the button and he said Buffy you and the others dont put any 
clips into the hidden compartment in the storage trunk until i check 
with Gunn and see what he has to say.Willow said Giles have you 
called and told them to get ready to go to Canada.Giles said damn no 
i havent but i had better.Giles said Xander you and the others load 
up all the extra kevlar armored longcoats we have and put them in the 
storage trunk along with the other gear we have figured out they 
might need.Buffy said Giles why do we need to take the extra kelvar 
armored longcoats.Giles said Xena requested that you take them so 
that Michelle and her team could have one.Willow said i just hope 
there will be enough room on board the lear jet for the two storage 
trunks and our luggage.Xander said hey dont forget about Cordelia you 
know she is going to have to take at least three suitcases of clothes 
just to make sure she has something proper to wear for every 
occasion.The next second Anya pushed the button on an entercom pannel 
and she said Buffy are you with my honeybunch.Buffy pushed the button 
and said yes i am right next to him.Anya said good give him a slap 
for talking about our friend Cordelia like that.Buffy pressed the 
button and then slapped him upside the head so Anya could hear 
it.Anya said thanks Buffy and Buffy said your welcome Anya we ladies 
have to stick together.

Giles walked back over to the phone and he dialed the number for 
Angel investigations.Angel beat Cordelia to the phone and after 
finding out it was Giles he said i am glad you called Giles i was 
able to find out some of the places Spike and the others went after 
they left Alcatraz through one of my sources.Giles said Angel we 
already know that he and the others went up to the state of 
Washington in a Winnebago rv.Angel said how did you find out about 
that and Giles said Willow did some checking last night and figured 
it out.Angel said well they crossed into Canada the night after they 
abandoned the Winnebago but i am afraid that is all i was able to 
find out.Giles said at least we know more than we did.Giles said 
Angel the Nightwalker's elders agreed to our offer of help but they 
only want you,Cordelia,Buffy,and Willow to come right now.Angel said 
what about the rest of you when will you be coming.Giles said most of 
us wont be coming with the exception of Oz who will be going up there 
in about four days from now.Angel said why are they going to make him 
wait four days before going up there.Giles said becase starting 
tommorrow there is a full moon for the next three nights.Angel said 
when are we going to leave and how are we going to get up to 
Canada.Giles said the four of you are going to be picked up by Xena 
and Gabrielle who are heading back to the mainland from Hawaii in a 
lear jet.Angel said Giles you should have told us this sooner we will 
be really pushing our luck to get our clothes and what we will need 
packed and get down to Sunnydale by early this evening.Giles said you 
dont have to come to Sunnydale the lear jet will be stopping at the 
airports both in Los Angeles and in Sunnydale.Angel said well i had 
better get off the phone and break the news to Cordelia.Giles said 
you want me to do it and Angel said no i will do it.Giles said Angel 
it might be a good idea to get Gunn to come down here while the four 
of you are gone because we still have some enemies out there that 
were once part of Wolfram and Hart.Angel said i will discuss it with 
him before we leave for the airport but the final decision is up to 
him.
