Have to smile at Willow's complete inability to pull off the "secret
identity" bit with Angel. That's our Willow, so dear and sweet and--

darkside was always innate and whose corruption was inevitable,
according to Marti and her apologists on the lists? Didn't you get the
memo? (Okay, still bitter).

--And very clever of you to notice that masks can't fool a vampire's

Wait a second, the mask fooled the Useless Bleached Twerp, er, I mean,
Our Dashing Who-Needs-A-Soul Hero, didn't it? How is that possible? Or
is Spikey-wikey not in this one? (Did I mention bitter?)

--and I'd worry about Willow apparently being shot, but since the
pairing line says "Willow/Buffy eventually" I doubt there's actually
dying before there's smooching.

So keep it up. And the Marvel Comics-type stuff was pretty true to
form.

PS--couldn't help noticing Buffy's reaction to her friend's "death" is
to wish for Willow's return and to be certain that Willow's
"resurrection" would be a good thing. Gee, you'd think Buffy would take
a moment to consider that Willow could be enjoying heavenly peace and
that being forced out of that would be traumatic.

Hmm, I guess that makes Buffy a stupid, selfish, evil fiend, right?
