Can't wait to see Buffy's reaction. I like the way you've got Willow unsureof her real feelings for the Slayer on top of waiting so long to mention that little problem with Glory. It might go something like this:

Willow: "Hey Buffy? Glory's kinda been stalking me in a really skanky sexual sort of way, and I didn't know what to do so I didn't tell you about it, and, oh yeah, I think I'm in love with you."

Buffy: "Urk..."

Road trip continues to entertain. Love the banter between Buffy and Willow,but...penguins?

All I can say about 'Two Sides' is I really wish you were working for Joss.This was perfect.
