Damn, you're good. Sorry about the WB/UPN mix up. It's late, I'm tired, andsometimes the 'ol gray matter just misfires. After forty, it's all maintenance, anyway.

Yup, I remember the progression post, now. See above.

I seem to recall an interview with Amber B. in which she basically said that she would stay with the show as long as they wanted her. As far as her wanting to direct, I'm pretty sure that's why she elected to remain a recurring character, rather than a co-star. She can choose how many eps she wants to be in. Of course, I could be totally wrong about that. Again, see first paragraph.

I was not aware of BTVS's ratings position. I've never bothered with that crap. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best show on the air right now, period. Not that I watch that much TV anymore. Since I discovered the internet a couple of years ago, I'm down to about five hours of prime-time programming a week. (Now I can get eyestrain from a monitor, instead.)

Fingers and toes crossed.

I'll still wrassle ya on Buffy going back to Spike though. Heh
