OT: The butchering of Bargaining Pt 1 on Aust TV

I need to rant about the way channel 7 in Australia has done a HUGE 
injustice to Bargaining part 1. The episode was aired for the first 
time in Australia Monday night. 

I have a copy of the UPN version of this ep and while watching the 
Aust version the first thing I noticed was the missing scene where 
Dawn and Buffybot are outside the school at the mini science fair. 
That scene was GONE! They cut straight to the classroom scene 

The next thing I noticed was the scene at the airport when the 
Scoobies were farewelling Giles. Xander never gets to talk to Giles 
in our world.

There were 2 scenes that had drug references cut - Tara talking to 
Spike in the opening graveyard scene. And when Meg the biker demon 
dude telling the Hanson t-shirt wearing vamp he was on drugs.

There was no Dawn/Spike scene back at the house when the demons were 
riding past the Summer's house.


Bits and pieces of dialogue were cut throughtout the whole episode 
too. 

To all the Australians on this list - channel 7 are ripping us off 
big time. 


I am going to ring the station (in Sydney) and find out if they 
intend to do this to every episode they are going to air and if they 
have done this in the past. God knows what else we have been denied 
by them.
