Completely agree, they chopped it to bits, which didn't make sense, 
there wasn't any real reason for it, apart from possibly trying to 
fit it to a 40 minute slot, with 20 mins of ads, which is typical of 
commercial television here! I think the UPN ep is something over 40 
mins (42-46 mins or something) so that'd be about how much was cut.
