BTW, did you know Xander/Anya has now passed Buffy/Angel as the longest
lasting relationship on the show?

B/A--attraction felt in "Teacher's Pet" (ep 4), first kiss in "Angel"
(7), first consideration of ongoing romance in "When She Was Bad" (13);
broke up in "The Prom" (54)--51 eps, max, and I'd argue for 42 (going
from "WSWB") and that doesn't count the big Angelus time-out.

X/Ay--first date "The Prom" (54), first relationship concept/first sex
"The Harsh Light Of Day" (59); broke up in "Hell's Bells" (116)--63
eps, max (although I'd say 58, myself).

And even if B/W hook up tomorrow, we may not get two years' worth of fun
(although I so want it--not just fading out on them together at the end
of the series, I want the relationship in action, changing, evolving,
growing stronger), so W/O and W/T got all the valuable airtime, after
all.
