Psyche's transcripts only go through 109 Smashed, but
I can find two instances of Tara loveage.

103 Afterlife:

TARA: (gets into bed) Hey, Will, this is me. It
doesn't all have to be "good" and "fine." This is the
room where you don't have to be brave. I still love
you.

106 All The Way

TARA: Willow, you are using too much magic. What do
you want me to do, just, just sit back and keep my
mouth shut?
WILLOW: Well, that'd be a good start.

Tara looks shocked.

TARA: If I didn't love you so damn much I would!

Other than that, they're pretty much running on
snuggles and "I am, you know." If you want to get all
technical about it, Spike has said he loves Buffy more
than Tara has said it to Wills... there's something
*wrong* with that.
