Of course, you could just:

1. buy the UK DVD release.
2. Use Vobdec to make a copy without region protection on your HD. 
(3GB / Episode)
3. Use DVD2AVI (File, Save Project) to extract the sound as WAV and 
keep the video intact by making a resource file. (D2V file.)
4. Use Audiograbber to Normalize the WAV file to 98%
5. Use TMPGEnc and VFP_API to open the DVD video file (D2V) and 
TransCode it to NTSC format, and bind it to the WAV.
6. Use ReMPEG and a DVD-Writer, or Nero and a CD-Writer, to make a US 
DVD, or US-CDR/DVD (DVD format on a normal CD).
7. Sell the results on Ebay before Fox catches on.
