In "Drowned", Spike said she was gone for 147 days. So just under five 
months. 
In the Buffy comic book from Dark Horse Comics, they're starting a three-ish 
arc called '147 Days', set during Buffy's death.

Not certain, but in Aeris Jade's 'Second Chances' fic, Buffy called her 'Dawn 
Stephanie Summers'.

> Was there another Slayer called after Buffy died the second time?

According to Marti Noxon, no. The theory is that the line of Slayer 
succession went from Buffy to Kendra when Buffy died in 'Prophecy Girl'. The 
next Slayer will be called when Faith dies.
