As for good ones, alot of people I know that make fanart use Paint Shop Pro. Most people love it, I downloaded it and had no clue how to use it LOL. I think you can find it at www.jasc.com. I think, don't hold me to that, cuz I'm not sure.

I'll have to go check out that program and see if I can DL it. Is it really that hard to use, before I go and DL it? I'm not to savy on programs like I would want to be. I'll guess I'll just give it a try.
