He can only drink one thing? In any case, Props placed Evan Williams
bourbon, NOT Jack Daniel's. The easiest way to tell the diff is that
the 'Evan' is smaller than and above the 'Williams', whilst all the
letters of "Jack Daniel's" are the same size. Okay, Giles drinking
Evan Williams is prolly even less likely than JD, but there it was.

How excessive.
One of the things that bugged me about this ep was Spike. I couldn't
tell if it was Spike or James' portrayal or what, but in reading the
script I've decided it was Greenberg. Marsters actually did well to
tone down DZG's floofiness (e.g., by grinding out "get out" instead of
being all "soft"). Gah, the guy is a W/T shipper and a Redemptionista,
no wonder I can't relate to his scripts all that well. OTOH, he writes
a killer Anya, so there is one saving grace.
