Because they're discussing a character named "Amber" and her connection
to "Benson" and years later the show would hire Amber Benson to play
Tara. 

I've even seen people say this was intentional, but I doubt it.
Although Aly and Amber have been friends for years, I don't think Joss
or David G. (who co-wrote the finished script, even though neither took
credit) knew anything about it. Just a case of the infinite monkeys on
infinite typewriters (and eventually, by random chance, one of them
would write "Hamlet") theory.
