yet: When Buffy discovers that Spike can hit her, and
realizes that it's because the chip doesn't recognize
her as human, what does that make her, and does it
have more strange side effects?

Thanks. I started this one during a frantic night of
no sleep last week. Kiroyshi gave us the line: In
favor of hitting the reset button for Season 6, or
something along those lines. 

Spike's chip recognizes that a Slayer is slightly
different than other humans. If Faith were around, he
could hit her as well. Remember how Riley was in
total "black and white" mode about demons, vamps and
everything - good-evil no gray. He was taught that by
the Initiative. 

hope you continue to enjoy. After Buffy's return,
things veer off into my universe and are different.
