Re: SPOILER: "Angel" vs. "Buffy"

On Jason's question of why the PTB seem to ignore Sunnydale (just trying
to clean out my inbox),

addresses

everything

through

"Tomorrow"

and

"Grave"

hence

the

spacing,

okay?

Well, I always thought TPTB gave Angel all those favors because he was
something unique, The Vampire-With-A-Soul. Slayer lives and deaths and
tribulations were no big deal ("One slayer dies, the next one's
called"), so they had no particular reason to help Buffy.

But Angel got

Freed from hell

Rescued by snow

Doyle and Cordy to show him the way with the visions

Allowed to relive "the forgotten day"

An uninvited entry into Kate's apartment to save her

the ability to boink Darla but keep his soul, and

the chance to conceive a child

all because he was unique and special and...what's that you say about
Spike? Oh, never mind.

Maybe it's just two separate strains of crap, with no intenal
consistencey whatsoever, then.

Still bitter,

Dan

who, btw, is still holding out hope that Cordelia is in Hell, burning
for the sin of Pride. Because urging Angel to murder Holtz, breaking
Groo's heart and completely ignoring Wesley doesn't sound like a "higher
being" to **me**...

Oh, and she was also driving illegally in the car-pool lane. Guess Skip
saved her $271 on the ticket.

(Cordy looks at a picture of Angel, her, and Wesley, and convinces
herself she loves Angel, rather than realizing that maybe she should at
least **talk** to Wes, just **once**. Or instead of lamenting that she
used to have much better hair. Yeah, right.)

Holland Manners: Welcome to Hell, Miss Chase. Let me say, it'll be an
honor having you here.

Cordelia (in shock): Hell? But, Skip said--

Skip walks in.

Skip: Oh, one thing I forgot to mention earlier? I'm a demon. We lie.
A lot. Enjoy the burning, Cordelia.

Cordelia: Noooooooo!
