Well, maybe D'Hoffryn gave Anya a going-away present and cursed that
bartender who wouldn't serve her. And, afterwards, they didn't check
the IDs quite as closely <g>

Come to think of it, Anya was drinking at the Bronze in "WTWTA", when
she was only "19". Well, maybe Spike bought her the beers. He probably
doesn't have an ID, but he looks over 21.
