Hunter,You're welcome to DL the DVD featurette from me. If it's too large, I can chop out just the section on Buffy's house and convert it into a file format that's small enough for you.
In the meantime, in case other people are interested, let me try to explain the layout as best I can with just words.
As you walk through the door you enter a small foyer and are immediately confronted with stairs that lead to the second level of the house. Slightly to the left of the stairs is a little area where if you walk forward you can go through a door into a little nook (I'll explain that in a bit) Turning left you pass through large double doors that are always open and enter the living room. If you stop right there you'll notice a fireplace right in front of you and a large window on your left where a couch is perched. There is a large area rug laid out here. In front of the couch is a standard little table and in front of that is an arm chair. The room contains books shelves/knick-knack cases, television. If you turn right while in this room you'll walk forward and enter the second portion of the living room though this isn't used for much (though if you watch "Older and Far Away" it comes in handy for adding additional tables to support guests). It should be noted that most of the downstairs is all hardwood flooring.
If you're facing the backwall of the living room now that you've entered this "extra space" area you can turn right where you will notice a small table where the phone is and some pictures. (Though this table seems to move back and forth along that wall as needed, depending on the ep). You'll also notice a doorway (with no door). Many assume that it enters directly into the kitchen, however, if you refer back to "The Body" there seems to be a little nook there with a window and a small round table.
Passing that little hallway/nook, you now enter the kitchen. From this position you will notice the backdoor to your left. In the center there is a large island and behind that various cabinets. There is also a double window above the sink. To the left of the sink just up on one of the cabinets is a little shelf that contains a radio as seen in "Listening To Fear" I believe.
We travel along through the kitchen and pass the stove and go through another doorway (without a door) and are now in the dining room. There are some pictures and things hanging on the wall and there's a small hutch with a tile-like scenic design (which is really there to cover a mirror so you don't see the cameras :-)). Of course, the centerpiece of this room is the dining room table where there are six chairs. Four are painted white/cream with some chippage due to standard wear-and-tear and are wood based. These four flank the long sides of the table. There are two other chairs which are upholstered and they are placed at each end of the table. Under the table is another large area rug. The walls are 'split' in that the bottom have is dark wood panel type of material while the top half is a robin's egg type of blue color where the pictures and lights are hung.
We walk ahead and turn slightly right and go through another doorway (with no door again) and are back in the foyer.
Once again facing the stairs we climb up and can see various pictures of Joyce, Dawn, and Buffy (or in earlier seasons there are pics of art and various buildings, very few personal photographs are there). As you come to the top of the stairs and go to the left you are now facing the end of the hallway. On your right is Buffy's room: Her room contains windows that you can easily get in and out of and there is a small ledge just outside where Buffy has sat to ponder life or Angel has perched, laying in wait. The bed is nestled under a part of her room that's angled sharply and there are various posters (which change throughout the seasons) as well as various knick-knacks and lamps (including a lava lamp).
In the hall on your left (directly across from Buffy's room) is the large bathroom, which you get a clear look at in "Seeing Red" but also in "Restless." The bathroom is quite spacious but sparse, as it isn't used frequently.
Back at the stairs, as though you just walked up, if you go right this time you are now facing the doorway to Joyce's room (which became W/T's room later). On the left side (same side as Buffy's room) is Dawn's room. There are various posters and stuffed animals, very much a teen room. As Michelle T's favorite color is purple, you'll find many things in the room are done to various shades of that color, including the lamps that flank either side of her bed. Her bed juts out to the middle of the room and directly across from the foot of the bed is her desk.
Back in the hall we enter Joyce's (W/T's) room. It has an "aged" look to it, done in muted and earthy tones. There is a large bed off to your right when you walk in. I believe, also, that further right, past the bed, is a door that leads to a bathroom.
Now, the confusing thing is, in "Seeing Red" when Will knocks on Buffy's door, Dawn comes out of her room on the opposite side of the hall. The designs/blue prints I've seen were from seasons before Dawn so I could be wrong about the specific location of Dawn's room, but the blueprints show a room next to Buffy's.
Hope that was helpful and not too confusing. If you want to just copy/paste any portion of this you're welcome to it.
Any more questions, feel free to ask (also have info on Giles' place as well).
