Re: OT: research help - Detailed Description
Wow, nice detail. Just a couple of comments, if I may.
You can also see the placement of the sitting room when Giles bursts
thru the front door in the "The Body" (as Buffy is cleaning up the
rug).
I'm pretty sure the kitchen/dining room entryway has a swinging door.
Buffy's room is the one that can be seen from the front of the house,
and from that view you can see why her ceilings are angled.
In "Seeing Red", when Will was at Buffy's door Dawn came out of the
bathroom.
There is, indeed, a door to the bathroom right next to Will's bed.
(This is why, in Seeing Red, despite all the urgency, W/T had to be
shuttled off to Tara's dorm room for another round of sex; otherwise,
they would have heard Buffy & Spike in the bathroom.)
Don't forget the alcove outside of Dawn's room. You can see it in
"Normal Again", but whatever you do, don't rely solely on the "Normal
Again" B/D chase scene to help you with the upstairs layout because
there was a continuity glitch at the very beginning of it.
There is also a door connecting Will's room to Dawn's room. (I've
always found that odd. Even tho I know it's left over from when Dawn's
room was Joyce's study, you'd think those megapotent monks could have
made the wall solid.)
