Dan,
I disagree about the strength, Joss and ME play around a lot to 
raise the vulnerability factor of Buffy. Like they'll show her 
having problems with one regular vamp, just to get some action 
minutes in but when she is completely outnumbered like in bargaining 
against the demons in the alley, she just completely wailed. Drop 
kicking demons 3 times her size up agains the building walls. I 
think Buffy is stronger and faster. Xena probably better with 
weapons. But if ME directed the fight sequence, Buffy would 
probably have problems for the first 110 seconds of the scene and 
then kick Xena's but in the final 10 seconds.
