Funny thing about my hand.I went fishing last saturday night and 
somehow some way i fixed it while throwing out a four once weight.I 
didnt realize it until last night when i went fishing again and threw 
out both a five and a six ounce weight and my wrist didnt hurt at 
all.Thats why i started writing again and there may be another 
chapter or two tonight
