Oh, nice start! (And I certainly am in no position myself to berate you
if RL takes you away--just come back asap, okay?)

Liked Buffy and Willow having the conversation about "equipment" draw
them deeper and deeper into their mutually hidden feelings. Especially
liked the touch where, in this version, Willow completely misses the
cheerleaders spelling Percy's name. (Oh, poor Percy! He's "needy",
after all <g>) And the bit about Buffy sleeping through class is cute
when one remembers Buffy's using her telepathy to ace her Shakespeare
discussion in the actual ep.  

(Hmm, wonder how Buffy will talk Jonathan down here--not that, with no
telepathy, she should even be looking for a killer, which probably means
bad things in regards to both Jonathan's suicide and the lunch lady's
lovely dose of rat poison :( But I just can't shake the image of Buffy
facing Jonathan in the tower and going "you think **you** have it
bad...")

Random thought...gee, Willow's still a virgin at this point. Eep!

Love to see more of the fic. Whenever you can, I'll be watching.
