This debate has gotten interesting. I can't help but mention that it sounds almost identical to a debate I was in in college in regards to the death penalty. Some justify the death penalty because its supposed to be acceptable justice (or revenge in a different perspective) for the loved ones of the victims.

just had to throw that in. As much as so many on this list hated the writers of BtVS did to Willow..you can't say the writers didn't incite tons of debate on the topic.
