Since this is only spec, I don't need Spoiler Space...

The guy from Lurky McDemon's House of Souls (walk right in, we fix your
soul, no trouble at all, easy as pie...Angel? Never heard of him...)
told Spike: "We will restore...your soul!"

So he said " **your** soul", so I'd assume William got his own prissy
self back. But given the current inability to stick to continuity, I
wouldn't be surprised if the decided he'd gotten Harmony's, or
whatever...
