At a quarter to five Giles was pacing back and forth in the foyer 
waiting for Derek and the others to arrive.Giles was just checking 
the time on his pocket watch when Joyce walked up to him.Joyce said 
Giles relax they will be here when they are here so come sit down and 
join us for dinner.Giles looked at Joyce and saw that she had a 
determined look on her face.Giles reluctantly said ok and he followed 
her into the dining room.Giles had just finished eatting a roll when 
he and the others heard a helicopter fly over the house.Giles said i 
bet thats them.Buffy said of course its them and then they all 
started to get up from the table.Joyce said everyone but Giles and 
Lara sit back down and continue eatting they can meet them by 
themselves.

Lara and Giles walked out of the dining room and back over to the 
inner foyer.After switching off the security system for the outer 
foyer Giles and Lara preceeded outside to greet Derek and the 
others.Derek,Wesley,Faith,Rachel,Nick,and Kat were almost to the 
front door when Giles and Lara walked out of the house.Derek said 
hello Giles and he and Giles shook hands.Giles saw that Derek and the 
others were looking at Lara and he said this young woman by my side 
is Lara Croft she is the one who found the book along with some 
others.Derek said it is an honor to meet you Lady Croft i have heard 
of some of your adventures from my collegues in Europe.Giles said 
Lara this is Derek,Nick,Katherine,Rachel,Wesley,and Faith.Lara looked 
at Giles and said they dont have no last names.Giles said they do but 
I'm not sure its wise for you to know them.Derek said Giles normally 
i would agree with you but not this time.Derek said Lady Croft my 
full name is Derek Raynes and then he pulled a card out of his 
jacket's inside pocket.Derek held the card out to Lara and he said 
Lady Croft please take my card so that you can contact me if you ever 
come across anything like the book again.Lara took the card quickly 
and she slid it into her pant's back pocket.Lara said thank you Derek 
and you can be sure if i ever come across anything like the book 
again i will contact you.Giles said lets all go inside its starting 
to get cold out here.

When they entered the house Faith said Giles where is B and the 
others i want to go spend some time with them while the rest of you 
go talk about the book.Giles said they are in the dining room eatting 
dinner.Upon hearing this Faith headed for the dining room.A second 
later Nick said hey wait up Faith I'll go with you.Nick and Faith 
walked into the dining room and saw that Buffy and the others were 
still eatting.Joyce looked up at them and she said please have a seat 
and join us.Nick and Faith walked over to two seats that werent 
occupied and they sat down in them.Nick said it seems that you were 
expecting us to join you.Joyce said actually i thought i had better 
have places for all of you since you guys were running late it 
seems.Faith said well i for one am glad you did because i am quite 
hungry and so is Nick i heard his stomach rumbling twenty minutes 
ago.Xander said may i ask why you guys were so late according to 
Giles he was expecting you to arrive by two or a little after.Nick 
said the transport helicopter we were coming in had a bit of an 
engine problem so we had to land and arrange for another helicopter 
to bring us as well as for transport for the first helicopter.Joyce 
said please dig in we dont stand on cerimony around here.

Giles led Derek,Wesley,Kat,Rachel,and Lara up to the library.They 
all sat down around the table and Lara opened up her attache case 
which she had left on the table.Lara took out Numei's book and she 
said here it is before passing it across the table to Derek.Derek 
examined the outside of the book for a minute and then opened it 
up.Kat said from where i am sitting it looks in perfect 
condition.Derek said actually its in mint condition which is quite 
surprising because of its age.Wesley said Giles is there any chance 
that it could be a fake that someone recently made to try to fool 
other people.Giles said I am quite positive that it is real and then 
he said the reason its in such good shape is that it has an 
enchantment on it keeping it like that.Derek closed the book and he 
said i have to agree with Giles on this because when i did a reading 
on the book i could tell that it was very old and contained much 
knowledge of a number of different types of ancient magic.Kat said i 
take it then Derek that the book will be locked up in one of the 
Legacy vaults for safekeepting.Derek said no it wont this book will 
be placed in our library after its contents are scanned and sent to 
the other legacy houses around the world.Giles said Derek are you 
sure thats wise after all any computer can be hacked into if the 
person is good enough.Wesley said Giles is absolutely right Derek but 
i do agree with you that the information must be passed onto the 
other legacy houses.Kat said Wesley how can we get the information to 
the other Legacy houses if we dont scan the information onto our 
computer.Giles said you could do it the old fashioned way which is by 
writing it down or having it done by an expert in ancient languages 
and magic.Rachel said i have to agree with Giles and at least this 
way we can be sure that the information doesnt fall into the wrong 
hands.Derek said I will contact the Legacy trustees when we get back 
to San Francisco and talk to them about having the book copied by 
hand.

As they were eatting dinner Nick asked if they had had any trouble 
recently.Anya said well it was very quiet around here up until those 
two FBI agents came to town.Nick and Faith looked at Anya and then 
Nick said why did two FBI agents come to Sunnydale and why does it 
seem to worry you.Xander said they are here to investigate the large 
number of yearly deaths this town had a few years ago.Amy said and if 
that isnt enough by itself the fact that these two FBI agents work on 
paranormal or suposed extraterrestrial cases.Faith caught on 
instantly and said fucking shit.Oz said we are all in agreement with 
you.Nick said what are you guys planning on doing about them.Joyce 
said we arent planning on doing anything about them we are just 
hoping that they will close the case after a while and leave.Faith 
said come on you guys should be doing more about them than just 
sitting on your asses.Willow said Faith we arent just sitting on our 
asses we are working with the police and the communities of demons 
and vampires to keep them from finding out what really occurred.Nick 
said i can see why you are doing that but i dont think it will be 
enough.Nick said you guys and the communities need to set up some 
kind of explanation for the deaths that they will buy into.Willow 
said the communities and Giles are working on that hopefully they 
will come up with something soon.Buffy said yeah and the sooner the 
better.Tara said amen to that and hopefully before monday night 
too.Faith said whats happening monday night.Joyce said this monday 
night the WWE is doing the raw show here in Sunnydale.Faith was 
shocked and she said damn thats right i saw it advertised on tv 
several weeks ago but i forgot all about it.Nick said excuse me but 
why does this WWE's raw show whatever it is have you so worried when 
you should be more worried about the two FBI agents.Buffy said we are 
worried about both of them but the WWE's raw show has more precident 
right now.Faith said Nick the WWE stands for World Wrestling 
Entertainment.Nick looked at Buffy and said is that similar or 
somehow connected to the WWF.Xander said they are the same thing you 
see the WWF was forced to change the companies name by a court 
decision and they changed it to WWE.Nick said when did that 
happen.Faith said over three years ago.Nick said hell i am going to 
have to watch it this monday but i will need you to catch me up to 
date on what has happened since i last watched it.Buffy said well 
hopefully nothing will happen monday night at the Raw show.Nick said 
why are you worried that something might happen at the Raw show.Oz 
said the Raw show is done live from where ever it is taking place and 
millions around the world see it on tv not just those who happen to 
be at the show.Nick cursed and said what about the show what are you 
going to do about it.Joyce said the vampire and demon communities 
have chosen a number of their members who can be trusted and look 
human enough to be disguised as police officers that are providing 
extra security at the show.Buffy said we will also be there but we 
will be in the crowd right near the ring in case something 
happens.Faith said you have your bases covered both in the back stage 
area and the crowd so there is nothing else you can really do.
