Not good enough, IMO.  Willow (and Buffy, not to mention Xander 
the bartender) purchased beer in early S4 --- wellll before any 
one of them was even close to 21.

Also, in every U.S. state that I know of (including CA), a child can 
be admitted to kindergarten and/or first grade "early"; that is, can 
be 5 years-old all the way through first grade.  Most often, these 
are kids who narrowly miss the Dec cutoff. Thus, it would have 
been possible for Willow to be born in 1982 and graduate in 
1999.

Thanks for that link, Susan. There's something else from the 
show, too, that wasn't specifically about age, I don't think, but that 
suggested to me that Will was the youngest.  It struck me at the 
time, but hell if I'm going to be able to recall it!
