Sheesh, Buffy isn't letting go of that "cookie dough" metaphor any time
soon, is she?  Angel, big guy, you've got to be clearer when this
happens, y'know, something like "Buffy, that's stupidtry something
else." <g>

The idea of "Anne" spending the summer of '98 experimenting with all
sorts of alcohol makes sense.  And of course I liked Buffy standing
watch over Willow as she slept.

Thanks for touching base on Robin (not to mention the Xander updateI
may not have loved Anya, but he did).  Yeah, Woodie does deserve some
smacks for that bus scene (well, I really am more annoyed with Joss for
the cheap and pointless "surprise"dude, we don't really care if Wood
lives or not, just tell us and get back to the Scoobs), although I don't
think Faith's really too upset with him.

Although Faith's interests may lay elsewhere, with her getting quality
Kennedy time ahead. However,  if she's not straight in this fic (yes, a
het Faith *can* be supported in the canon, stop laughing!), then I'm a
little surprised she's all "Buffy and Willow are soulmates", without
seeming bitter about it, because there certainly seemed to be some B/F
interest on Faith's part back in the day.  Well, we'll see.

Anyway, it was nice to see Faith explaining about how things used to be,
and I liked Kennedy's regret over "giving" Willow awaywe do tend to
rationalize that we have more control over events than we might actually
have.
