That's how I normally write, I try to stick to one POV and most of the time
I do First Person.  It's still a problem.

I think saying Willow or Buffy over and again becomes tiresome.  But then
again I do agree that hacker or redhead or witch becomes just as jarring.
And going by one POV doesn't work either as the following paragraph proves.
So ideas?  Cause pronouns when writing girl on girl action doesn't work.  I
ate using the same words or names twice in the same paragraph.

Willow's silence had hurt at the beginning of the flight but as the minutes
grew into hours Buffy decided to just let go.  In a way the Slayer was happy
for the lack of conversation, as uncomfortable it as it was. She felt for
the first time in a long time that she had a break from the pressures being
the Slayer Prime had forced on her   She still felt betrayed by the hacker
or ex-hacker for all she knew.  All Buffy really knew was that Willow blamed
her for what happened and there was nothing she could do about it then, and
now, eight years later the situation hadn't changed.
